About us
Business Alpha Nottingham (BAN) has come together as a result of the vision of a group of Nottingham Christians, from various churches, who want to offer people working in Nottingham the opportunity to explore the Christian faith.
BAN started in 2005, with a couple of smaller courses, and launched its first city centre course in 2006. Since then we have run courses in 2007 and 2008.
The team, who are all involved on a voluntary basis, has been drawn together from a range of backgrounds, churches and occupations - most work for city centre organisations (e.g. Nottingham City Council, Nottingham Primary Care Trust, Government Office for the East Midlands, BCS Creative, YMCA). Conscious that it is targeting a business audience, BAN aims to deliver a friendly but high-quality experience.
BAN has the backing of several significant local churches and Christian groups. Click the following links to find out more.
